Comfortable and clean hotel in a good location. Beautiful swimming pool, whirlpool extremely welcome added value. Reception however not pleasant. With difficulty you receive a smile or a good morning from the staff who always seem tense and annoyed, not infrequent loud quarrels between the staff even in front of the customers. For those who want to spend relaxing holidays welcomed in a cordial and professional environment, it is certainly not the best.

We spontaneously stopped here on our motorcycle tour and got a room. The two ladies at reception were super friendly, accommodating and helpful - they deserve 10 stars!!! They showed us a place to park our motorcycles in the garage! We were given extra towels for the pool - we felt very welcome! The terrace is also very nice! The hotel has its own pool but it's less than 5 minutes to the sea! The room was quite large and very clean!

We had a great time in this hotel, even with our big dog Alba, at the reception everyone is very kind and cordial (a special greeting to Giada). Beautiful equipped swimming pool + large Jacuzzi tub. Excellent cuisine with a starred chef who personally prepares every delicacy: sweet and savory pies, pizzas, gnocchi and pretzels, always fresh fruit salads and pastries. Excellent and plentiful sweet and savory buffet breakfast, excellent buffet of appetizers and side dishes with main meals. Tireless and attentive waiters, kind and helpful, efficient and always with a smile. A special thanks goes to Enrico, always attentive in the dining room with elegance and discretion. Excellent location of the hotel, located 350 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the center of Loano. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, safe and very comfortable new mattresses / pillows. Well done, keep it up and see you soon, now that we've found you, we won't leave you anymore!

I couldn't even think about swinging a car around in the room. Could almost put my arms out and touch opposite walls. Shower cubicle was so small I couldn't lean over to clean My legs and feet. Basically elbows touching the side while breathING in. Very small. Food and staff were ok. Staff were helpful. Oh there is also a main train line that runs behind the hotel. My room overlooked the railway. So all night you hear trains going past.
